It is a big deal when you sell your home to buy another. It is even a bigger deal when these houses are located across the country from each other. If this testimonial is supposed to be about the last question you asked, "Insurance," I have to say that after 3 attempted closings, a mountain of paperwork, and much more involvement than we wanted in the entire process, the search for insurance was necessary but tedious so late in the game. We have bought and sold many properties over the years, and we have NEVER had so much "homework" to do for the agents and title company. It seems like everyone got commissions for their efforts but us, and we did a great deal of work throughout the process.

Overall, our biggest advocate, source of of information, and general counselor was Samantha Markbrite. She is a quick, strategic thinker, very experienced in her field, and while she totally leaves decisions in the clients' hands, she is transparent in her concerns and provides excellent guidance in the form of questions pertaining to what our wants, needs, and concerns were. She gently kept us focused and on task. Moreover, she is personable, funny, and really listens to her clients in order to provide better service with each interaction. I was personally impressed that even though she is already successful, she is very active in enhancing her own business acumen by attending courses, earning awards, and now even teaching Florida's new and confusing real estate rules to new sales personnel.
